“Globi-Trotter is a very practical game. You can give a lesson full of intercultural theories, but then it will not relate to students’ own experiences. When students play the game, you can really see them start to think ‘what would I do in this situation?’. In this way, students learn a lot about stereotyping and prejudices.”

Coordinator Internationalization, CSW van de Perre

Having intercultural competencies is more important than ever in this day and age. It’s something that we want to teach our students more and more in subjects such as Citizenship and Internationalization. The Globi-Trotter game is a nice tool that stimulates the development of intercultural skills.
